Chryss

Hi! It's Chryss. I'm back for my second summer and it's been great catching up with the known faces and getting to know the new. This year classes are even more dynamic due to the high level of English the kids are displaying and we have been having so much fun changing up the activities during class and taking it beyond your typical classroom worksheet.

Yesterday we had the camping trip which was a great bonding experience for everyone with fun and games and sleeping under the stars and today we have prepared a special game following the workshops and theatre class to break routine and give the teachers some extra time with the kids. It's going to be super fun!

With little less than a week left of camp we have saved the best for last, theatre and civilizations day are just around the corner and the kids have been preparing like champs. The plays are written, props are all but made and the kids are more enthusiastic than ever to put on a good show. I can't wait to see what the different groups have prepared.

I'm very excited to be a Buendia teacher again and have enjoyed my time here like never before. Every year brings something new and it's awesome to be able to see the kids evolution over the course of the camp. I'm all for Buendia!
